@Jaaldhur @SDGE I’m a builder in Carlsbad! And yes, the permit nightmare is real. SDGE is just one of dozens of red tape layers gumming up the process. Agencies don’t even know their own processes, causing delays as the builder gets sent back to “go” over and over. View on X
